Barrel Room Dinner Series 2 with Chef Chad Tillman

This will be our 2nd amazing dinner with our friend and exeptional chef, Chad Tillman. This intimate dinner will be served in our Barrel Room private to those who attend.

1st Course
Roasted red bell pepper and smoked squash bisque, Missouri pecan pesto, crostini

Omar porter Braised pork shank, roasted garlic cauliflower whip, mushroom Demi glacé

Grilled tri-tip sirloin robochone Yukon gold potatoes, garlic lemon haricot vert, hatch chilie hollandaise

4th Course
Honeycrisp apple crème brûlée, bourbon cajeta
