April is finally here! This magical time of year when the weather is warming up, flowers are blooming, and Magic Magic returns. Torn Label’s highly anticipated IPA with Raspberry and Lemon Peel is making it’s way back around town and we are all about it. But Torn Label didn’t do it all by themselves. We will be featuring their collaboration with Lawrence Beer Company, Vilfredo. So come check out what Chef NeFew has prepared for these limited release beers!
- Welcoming Beer: Monk & Honey – 6.1% - Beglian Single w/ Honey
- First Course: Hang Em High 26 – 7% - American IPA
- Paired w/ Tuna Poke Wontons w/ Mango Coulis 2
- Second Course: Magic Magic – 7.6% - American IPA w/ Raspberry and Lemon Peel
- Paired w/ Bibb Salad w/ Radishes and Asparagus
- Third Course: Vilfredo – 5.2% - Pale Ale - Collaboration w/ Lawrence Beer Company
- Paired w/ Chimichurri Chicken Thighs w/ Potatoes
- Dessert: Old Believer – 11.1% - Russian Imperial Stout
- Paired w/ Strawberry-Rhubarb Tartlets
